Common Mistakes with Day Counts
The most frequent error is dividing a day total by 30 to get months. Because calendar months run from 28 to 31 days, that divisor drifts further off the longer the span becomes.
The second is counting the end date twice, once as the endpoint and once as a day in its own right. Decide whether the span should be inclusive before quoting the number to anyone.
